AI Output Disclaimer

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use any results generated.

Payment and Subscription (if applicable)

If you subscribe to a paid plan or make purchases through apls.ai:

• All payments are final unless otherwise specified.
• You are responsible for maintaining updated billing information.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing or service offerings with prior notice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion if we believe:

• You violated these Terms.
• Your behavior could cause harm to the Services, us, or other users.

Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred before that date.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, apls.ai and its affiliates will not be liable for:

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for accessing our Services in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless apls.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs (including legal fees) resulting from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your misuse of the Services.
• Any content or data you submit or create using the Services.
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

This clause survives the termination of your use of the Services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
